Isack Hadjar to Unveil Special Helmet at Azerbaijan Grand Prix

Isack Hadjar, the Red Bull Racing driver, is making his comeback to the Formula 1 scene at the upcoming Azerbaijan Grand Prix. He will be sporting a distinctive helmet that was originally designed for the Dutch Grand Prix but was delayed due to an injury.

This marks Hadjar's return after a three-race hiatus caused by a wrist injury sustained during the summer break. Fully recovered, he is prepared to participate in Thursday's free practice. Opting to finally display the custom artwork, the helmet features a whimsical depiction of a broken trophy, commemorating his memorable first F1 podium at the 2025 Dutch Grand Prix. His post-race celebration, which involved accidentally damaging his Delft Blue trophy, became a viral sensation.

Red Bull announced the helmet's debut on social media, stating, 'Here's one we made earlier. Isack's lid from Zandvoort will make its on-track debut in Baku.' Hadjar expressed his sentiment regarding the original broken trophy to Sky Sports, emphasizing its significance to his podium journey over a new, pristine one. This return comes after the 21-year-old secured a contract extension with Red Bull until 2027.
